Estate Sales in Colleyville, TX

After contacting several estate sale companies, I found Caleb at Tri Guy Treasures, Estate Sales & Auctions. We met at the estate and walked through the property to discuss expectations from both sides. The estate had been vacant for quite some time and was extremely cluttered, dirty, and disorganized. There was no way I could have handled it on my own, and I didn’t want the contents of the house simply thrown into a dumpster. Throughout the entire process, Caleb stayed in contact and kept me informed. It’s clear that to accomplish what they do, you need a strong team and a well-organized operation behind you. The sale itself was a big undertaking, but one of my biggest concerns was returning to the house afterward and finding leftover trash or an even bigger mess to deal with. Instead, I was amazed by how clean they left the property. Everything had been removed, cleaned up, and the house was ready to be shown and sold. I highly recommend Tri Guy Treasures, Estate Sales & Auctions, and especially Caleb. They exceeded my expectations and made a difficult process much easier to navigate.

I love an estate sale, and of the ones I've been to I think these folks have the kindest and most helpful staff. They were super professional and friendly, and carefully helped me carry a bunch of fragile items to my car! After attending a couple of their sales, I've found Caleb is especially polite and professional, and he'll often give you a deal if you're buying many items. Amazing staff aside, there are also always some great finds! The pricing tends to be pretty fair, and even if it's a bit steep it will usually become fair by the last day. I would definitely come again!

I really appreciated the effort that they put into my mother's estate sale. We were in a bind and needed help right away. They were prompt and professional and courteous. And even better, they got us more money than we had dreamed of making from the estate. Highly recommended!
